Every time you mine an ore, it has a chance to respawn for another attempt. The more you mine in a row, the higher the chance becomes. Highly configurable with whitelist support for all ore types.
Lucky Mining gives you a chance to get bonus ore every time you mine. Created by Buuz135, this mod adds an exciting gambling element to mining - ores have a chance to respawn after being mined, and the more you mine in a row, the better your luck becomes.
What Does This Mod Do?
When you mine a whitelisted ore, there’s a chance it will come back, giving you another opportunity to mine it again. The luck chance increases with each consecutive ore you mine, but resets if you take too long or mine a non-ore block.
How It Works
- Mine any whitelisted ore
- There’s a 40% base chance (configurable) the ore respawns
- Each consecutive ore mined increases your luck by 2%
- If you wait more than 3 seconds or mine another block type, luck resets
- Sound and particle effects indicate when ore respawns
