What Does This Mod Do?
Repair Kit Plus adds a new repair item that functions like the vanilla repair kit but without the durability penalty. Your tools will be restored to full durability without losing any maximum durability, allowing you to keep your favorite gear indefinitely.
The Problem with Vanilla Repair Kits
The standard Hytale repair system works like this:
- Your tool takes damage through use
- You use a repair kit to restore durability
- The tool’s maximum durability is permanently reduced
- Eventually, even a fully repaired tool has very low max durability
This means every repair brings your tools closer to being useless.
