The fearsome prehistoric creatures that normally attack on sight can become loyal mounts with the right resources. This mod introduces a resurrection system that brings back tamed versions of Hytale’s most impressive beasts, ready to carry you across the world.
Resurrection Process
Creating your mount starts at the Farmer’s Bench. Gather Life Essence, Thorium Ingots, and Bone Blocks to craft a resurrection egg. Each egg summons one creature, so plan which mount suits your needs before committing resources.
Available Mounts
Tamed Cave Raptor - Built for speed and maneuverability. The raptor excels at quick travel across varied terrain, letting you outpace most threats rather than fighting through them.
Tamed Cave Rex - Raw power on two legs. The rex sacrifices some agility for intimidating presence and the ability to barrel through obstacles. Best suited for players who prefer direct approaches.
Tamed Sabertooth Tiger - Balanced between speed and strength. The sabertooth handles well in combat situations while maintaining solid travel speed for exploration.
Visual Distinction
Each tamed creature features a unique color palette that separates them from their hostile wild counterparts. When you see one of these mounts, you’ll know immediately whether it belongs to a player or poses a threat.
Neutral Behavior
Unlike the aggressive originals, resurrected mounts follow neutral AI patterns. They won’t attack other creatures or players unless provoked, making them reliable companions rather than liabilities in populated areas.
