Full Interface Coverage
Every text element you encounter during normal play has been translated. Navigation menus, inventory labels, tooltips, system notifications, and settings options all appear in French. Nothing pulls you out of the experience with unexpected English text.
Activation Steps
After installing the files, launching Hytale reveals a new language option:
- Open the game Settings
- Navigate to Language preferences
- Select French (FR) from the dropdown
- Changes apply immediately
Maintaining the Translation
Hytale updates occasionally reset language files to their defaults. When French no longer appears as an option after a patch, simply copy the install folder into your Hytale directory again. The reinstallation process takes only moments and restores your language preference.
