Lighter Sword introduces a custom-crafted weapon to Hytale focused on fun, flashy combat with impressive visual effects. This endgame sword features a completely custom attack moveset that sets it apart from vanilla weapons.
Custom Moveset
Signature Skill
The signature skill has been modified to perform a three-move combo: spin attack, launch into the air, then brace for impact. Each move is accompanied by elaborate visual effects.
Thrust Attack
The thrust attack propels you forward at increased speed rather than slowing you down. Performing it while jumping allows you to cover significant distance quickly.
Guard Bash
Ground the sword into the earth to knock back enemies and apply a burn effect. This move excels at zone control and creating space. For continuous use, alternate between guard and attack: M2 > M1 > M2 > M1. The guard bash can also be performed while airborne.
Default Attack Chain
The standard attack combo includes an additional chain attack compared to vanilla weapons, with each hit applying burn damage to enemies.

The Lighter Sword serves as an upgrade path from the Adamantite Sword, positioned as balanced endgame equipment:

- Materials: 1 Adamantite Sword, 10 Iron Ingots, 8 Essence of Fire, 8 Boom Powder
Design Philosophy
The weapon maintains similar base stats to the Adamantite Sword but adds the custom skill set, making it a sidegrade with more flashy combat options rather than a strict power upgrade.
