A utility mod that enables writing custom text on all sign types with a HUD display showing sign messages when looking at them.

Signs without text aren’t very useful. TextSigns lets you write custom messages on any sign and displays them in a HUD when you look at the sign.

This plugin overwrites all native sign blocks to enable text input. When you look at a sign, its message appears in a HUD overlay, making signs actually functional for labeling and communication.
